This verison has been built to the R4.0.0 build of FHIR with the hopes to soon expand to R5.0.0.

Workflow

sending samples from a client to a destination laboratory for testing -> ServiceRequest receiving results from tested samples -> DiagnosticReport

Send Specimen for testing ServiceRequest -> subject = patient -> specimen = many specimen

Cross Version Analysis

This is an R4B IG. None of the features it uses are changed in R4, so it can be used as is with R4 systems. Packages for both R4 (csiro.stars.r4) and R4B (csiro.stars.r4b) are available.
