Property Identification Code (PIC) as provided by the relevant state for tracing and controlling disease through the supply chain. |

An animals species, breed and gender status |
| Is Human |
Status of a speciemen is human or not |
| Patient Age |
Age of Patient when specimens were taked |
| Patient Age Grouping |
Grouping of Patient age when specimens were collected. |
| Requisition |
Original identifier from the ServiceRequest requisition. |
| Specimen Collection Location |
Location that the patient originated or was sampled at. eg: the farm address where the animal was located or the gps location where the animal was found and sampled. |
| Submission Category |
The submission category of the tests requested as per DAWE terminology regarding exotic diseases within Australia. |
